It’s time for the 2012 World-Wide Mustard Competition. Since 1994, mustards from all over the world have competed for top honors in the different categories of mustard in this most prestigious tasting competition.

The competition is conducted under the auspices of the National Mustard Museum, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the public’s appreciation for and understanding of mustard.

Below you will find links to (1) the rules governing the competition; (2) a list of the categories in which you may enter your mustards; and (3) an entry form. Entries are due at the National Mustard Museum by March 2, 2012.
