Curried Turkey and Rice Salad


  • 4 cup cooked turkey
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped fine
  • 3/4 cup Willamette Valley Curry Mustard Sauce
  • 1/4 cup yogurt, mayo, or sour cream (ok to use low fat or no fat)
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 cup cooked white rice

Blend everything together, chill, and serve. Suggested garnishes: chopped cashews, almonds, or grapes.

You can omit the rice for the makings of a terrific turkey salad sandwich. You can also use chicken or lamb in place of turkey.
