- 1 cup Beef stock
- 1/2 cup Saucy Mama Backyard Brat Mustard
- 1 lb Yellow onions, sliced thinly
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 lbs Cooked bratwurst
Heat olive oil in medium skillet. Add onions and gently cook until onions are just browned, about 15 minutes. Add bratwurst and beef stock; cook about 5 minutes. Add mustard and simmer for 5 more minutes. Serve with rye bread, potato salad, and cold beer. And, obviously, more mustard!
