Roasted Turkey and Brie


  • 4 demi-baguette, split horizontally
  • 1 lb roasted turkey
  • 1/2 lb brie cheese
  • 1 apple quartered, cored and thinly sliced
  • 4 leaves roamaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup American Spoon Cranberry Mustard

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spread both sides of each baguette with American Spoon Cranberry Mustard and lay out on a sheet pan. Spread the Brie cheese on each bottom half of baguette. Bake baguettes for three to five minutes. Stack on roasted turkey, apple and romaine lettuce. Cover and top and serve immediately. Makes 4 sandwiches.
