Who’s Approaching Whom?

National Mustard Day is rapidly approaching. Or to be more accurate, National Mustard Day is standing still on August 6 but we are rapidly approaching it. The Curator isn’t sure which is correct but does know that the Confidential Condiment Counselors are busy preparing the shop and the street for all you mustard lovers who will make the pilgrimage to Middleton for the big day, Saturday, August 6.

Once again, the Red Hot Horn Dawgs will headline the Grey Poupon Main Stage. And it wouldn’t be Mustard Day without the customary opening ceremonies with the POUPON U Accordion Band. The Duchess of Mustard, in all her glory, will be there.

Culvers is whipping up another batch of frozen mustard custard. We’re dusting off the mustard games and dusting off the Curator, too. The weather will be perfect — guaranteed.

We could still use some help — people to volunteer with set up, games, grilling, and breakdown. Contact Mrs. Mustard at plevenson@mustardmuseum.com or sign up online. And we could use some financial help as well. Make a donation below to be a sponsor of National Mustard Day.
