Pinot Blanc? Hmmmm…

We found this full page ad in the July 1983 issue of Gourmet Magazine. So what’s wrong with this picture?

Plochman’s made, and still makes, a terrific stone ground mustard with horseradish and it still goes well with prime rib. But with Pinot Blanc??? Maybe Pinot Noir or a Cabernet Sauvignon but definitely not a Pinot Blanc.

No matter. The mustard is what matters and you should have some for your next prime rib dinner or corned beef sandwich. Plochman’s Stone Ground is available in two sizes: 9 oz (PLC100), and 20.5 oz (PLC101).
