The mustard for the cream sauce is Slimm & Nunne Maple Peppercorn Mustard (SLN140), and the horseradish mustard for the potatoes is Hit & Run Excruciatingly Painful Horseradish Mustard (HNR100).
Any good smooth French Dijon works for the dressing, but Musette Dijon Mustard (MSE100) works especially well.
