Entries for the 2015 World-Wide Mustard Competition are due February 27. We invite all mustard makers to get your mustards to the Mustard Museum in time for this year’s competition.
And we’re also calling for judges! Chefs, food writers, and foodies — we are looking for a few good palates to judge the mustards. First round of judging is Sunday, March 8, and the second round to follow on Sunday, March 15.
There are 16 categories of mustard to be tasted and scored. You will help determine the Gold, Silver, and Bronze medal winners for each category. Examples of categories are Honey, Dijon, Spirit, Hot Pepper, and Exotic mustards, as well as mustard-based Dressings and BBQ Sauces.
