Big things are in the works here at the National Mustard Museum. Not only are we hosting the World-Wide Mustard Competition, we are also hosting the awards event and a chef’s challenge on April 29, 2011. The combination of these events is being showcased as, “An Evening of Mustard Royalty”. This event also marks the first fundraiser for the new nonprofit National Mustard Museum.
Why “royalty”? Well, we’re crowning new medal winning mustards in Middleton, but we’re also cognizant of the other royal gathering taking place across the pond on April 29 — the Royal Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
We’re not sure what the plans are for the wedding, but our regal event will highlight the winning mustards along with the Iron Mustard Chefs Challenge, featuring area chefs creating a dish using a gold medal-winning mustard. Click here to learn more and to order tickets!
