The Mustard Museum is part of the MMOCA Gallery Night, Friday, October 4, 5 to 9 pm. “Art Lights Up The Night” is the theme and we are thrilled to be part of this gala event that showcases the many art venues in the greater Madison area.
In addition to the more than 6,200 mustards here at the Mustard Museum, we have one of the world’s finest collections of mustard memorabilia – tins, pots, jars, advertisements, and more. They are all works of art (if we do say so ourselves). But for many, the most important artistic treasures are the paintings by the great masters.
The Curator will be on hand to sign postcards of these artistic treasures, his children’s book, Mustard on a Pickle, and the museum’s game, Please Pass the Mustard.
We will also have the JD Wolfe Mustard Museum Pottery collection to view and purchase. Jen’s exquisite modern pottery is handmade in Wisconsin and is featured as part of our “Mustard Bites” tasting experience.
