While we’re having fun at today’s Mustard Marketplace, we are also thinking back to last night’s stellar Iron Mustard Chefs Challenge. What fun! While all the chefs really stepped up and delivered delicious mustard dishes using a newly crowned Gold Medal mustard, the winner was Chef Jim Doak, the corporate chef for Culver’s. Jim’s pretzel-coated lobster corn dog over sweet potato fries was absolutely delicious. The corn dog had Aldrich Farms Sweet Hot Mustard with jalapenos and Chef Jim had a mustard sauce for dipping. Congratulations!
