We are really excited about our Chefs Challenge that’ll be part of the festivities on April 29. The Iron Mustard Chefs Challenge is part of the Friday night An Evening of Mustard Royalty, and local chefs will square off in a cooking challenge using a randomly selected Gold Medal-winning mustard. Of course, these mustards will have just been crowned as part of the 2011 World-Wide Mustard Competition.
