Thirty-five mustard lovers gathered at the National Mustard Museum this past Sunday to begin judging more than 240 mustards from around the globe for the first round of the 2015 World-Wide Mustard Competition.
Judging mustards is serious business and we appreciate the efforts of our judges who take their roles very seriously. Of course, we take a break for sustenance and the highlight of the day was an assortment of artisan bratwursts provided by OSS (Old School Sausage) of Madison. If you are in the Madison area, trek on down to Regent Street for memorable sausages, my favorite cheese curds (with served with Slimm & Nunne mustard), and some good brew (visit ossmadison.com).
