One thing we love at Valentine’s Day is delicious Merlot ‘n Chocolate Brownies. Our recipe is made with the Noyo Reserve Merlot ‘n Chocolate Mustard, or you can also sub in the Noyo Reserve Orange & Espresso Mustard (if you would rather avoid the merlot).
These brownies are VERY gooey right out of the oven, but in a good way. Just know that they are best cooled and then even chilled a bit before cutting. They freeze really well, but you’ll want to makes sure they have a couple of hours to defrost and warm up to room temp for maximum fudginess when serving. Top simply with whipped cream, or go ahead and gild the lily with a scoop of ice cream and top with a drizzle of warm Fudge Fatale Dark Chocolate Sauce and also a little Dulce de Leche Caramel.
