We’re super excited to welcome barbecue guru Meathead Goldwyn to Middleton for National Mustard Day on Saturday, August 6. The best-selling author has been busy tweeting how much he’s looking forward to meeting all of you mustard lovers, too!
In the meantime, he has a recipe for his “Grownup Mustard Sauce” posted on his website (amazingribs.com). This mustard sauce is based on classic mustard-based South Carolina sauces — on a side note, another featured guest at Mustard Day is Milwaukee Brewers Legend Gorman Thomas, who hails from South Carolina and he’ll also be here with his mustardy Stormin’ Sauce.
