It gives you 3 “steps” for taking advantage of the potential health benefits, including a suggestion to sprinkle mustard seeds onto breads and pizzas, or adding it to pasta sauces, stews and soups to potentially help improve energy metabolism. Increase metabolism? Hmmmmm, maybe even drop a couple pounds with a more active metabolism… what’s next, “The Mustard Diet”? Well…
