Those are the words of Mustard Museum founder and curator, Barry Levenson. Yahoo! Lifestyle paid a visit to Middleton recently to catch up, errrrrrr, to talk with the Curator about all things mustard and Mustard Museum. As the article states, he’s probably tasted about 3,000 different mustards from all over the world since his obsession began — which has a story all its own. But don’t ask him which is his favorite. “It’s like asking, ‘Who’s your favorite child?’” the Curator says.
