While mustard has long been the condiment of choice for pork, bratwurst, hot dogs, pretzels, and your favorite sandwich, mustard in its many varieties adds zest to a wide range of recipes.
At the National Mustard Museum, we have been collecting recipes that use mustard in delicious and intriguing ways. We have developed some of these ourselves and we have also adapted many from chefs and home cooks who have been gracious enough to share their creativity with us.
