It’s a sad day when criminals resort to throwing mustard at their victims in an effort to distract them before robbing them. Unfortunately, mustard “chucking” has been a favorite ruse of pickpockets and thieves around the world. Italian police recently arrested a ring of mustard chuckers who had ripped off tourists of nearly $100,000 worth of valuables at Rome’s airport (‘Mustard Gang’ Robbers Arrested in Italy).
Mustard chuckers are not mustard lovers. Not only are they committing criminal acts, they are wasting precious amounts of the golden condiment. Eat your mustard — don’t chuck it.
