Rubber Chicken, lovable mascot of the National Mustard Museum, underwent his second foot transplant surgery on Friday. Early indications are that it was a complete success. He is undergoing rehab at the POUPON U Get Better Faster Recovery Center. Buoyed by the news that he will appear on the cover of the National Mustard Museum’s 2010-11 Catalog, R.C. is doing very well.
He spends most of his time reading, writing, and playing cards with his friends using his new POUPON U poker cards.
