Hurtin’ Habanero Mustard Guacamole

Ingredients:

  • 2 Ripe avocados
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 3 Green onions, finely chopped (mostly white part)
  • 1 Small tomato, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dave’s Hurtin’ Habanero Mustard (or more if you dare)

Directions:
Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop out flesh into bowl. Mash well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes about 2 cups; serves 4 to 6.
