- 4 oz Unsalted butter, softened but not melted (1 stick)
- 3 tbsp Delicaé Roasted Red Pepper Garlic Mustard
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
Blend all ingredients together. Reshape into a log, wrap in wax paper and chill. Cut off thick slices when ready to use. Excellent on steaks right off the grill or spread on your favorite bread. An easy and delicious topping for bruschetta. This technique will work with just about any mustard.
