Ingredients:
- 6 chicken cutlets
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 cup Ipswich Ale Mustard
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Pour Ipswich Ale Mustard into a bowl. Coat each cutlet with Ipswich Ale Mustard. Dip cutlets into Italian bread crumbs until completely covered. Place into a shallow baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
