Sweet & Nicely Hot Mustard Chicken


  • 1 jar Slimm & Nunne Sweet & Nicely Hot
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest, grated
  • 3/4 cup Dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Minced parsley
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Chicken (fryer), cut into 8 pieces, skin removed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend the lemon zest into the mustard. Combine bread crumbs, parsley, and olive oil in a small bowl. Generously coat the chicken pieces with mustard and roll in the bread crumb mixture, patting well. Place chicken pieces on an oiled baking sheet and roast 40 to 50 minutes. (Serves 4)
