Salmon & a Schmear

Here’s a quick one for you… my mother-in-law, Minnie, bakes her salmon with a healthy schmear of Norman Bishop Dill & Garlic Mustard, topped with bread crumbs and butter. Visitors to our site have given this former 2002 Grand Champion a 5-star rating. It’s one of our favorites, and it’s definitely Minnie’s fave!

Just bake it at 375° for 20 minutes… and… yummmmm!

    Just today I got some salmon to grill. The first thing I did was get out the Garlic & Dill Mustard. It is THE best for use in any type of recipe. I mix it with a tiny bit of brown suger and schmear it on just before grilling. What can I say? It’s a sure winner!!!
