- 9:30am — A pre-Mustard Day warm-up with the POUPON U Accordion Band
- 10:00am — Opening Ceremonies, featuring
Dr. Mustard, Dean of POUPON U - 10:30am — Middleton Jazz (talented Middleton seniors jammin’)
- 11:30am – 1:00pm — The Red Hot Horn Dawgs
- 1:00 – 3:00pm — Mustard’s Retreat
- 3:00pm – 4:00pm — The Red Hot Horn Dawgs, Redux
On the FRENCH’S FAMILY FUN STAGE (live entertainment):
- 11:00am, 12:30pm, and 2:00pm — Kids Are People, Too
- 1:30pm — Infinity Martial Arts Demonstration
