We have finally received our shipment of the 2014 Grand Champion, Bornier Moutarde de Dijon. This is authentic Dijon, made by the well respected mustard maker EuropÈenne de Condiments in Couchey, France. Sharp, nose tingling, silky smooth, with a long clean finish. BRN110.
But there’s more to Bornier than its classic Dijon. They also make a brilliant Grainy Dijon BRN115 and an elegant Honey Dijon BRN112. The Curator thinks you should try all three: BRN333. Nice price for the trio.
