Recently on the Today Show, there was a feature with Chef Maite Gomez Rejon. Her segment featured Thomas Jefferson’s macaroni and cheese… and, of course, to make his mac & cheese super yummy he features … (drumroll…) mustard!
His recipe mentions “2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, preferably Maille brand”, and we have several Maille-brand Dijon’s to choose from.
