Chef Richard Blais is best probably best known as a contestant on Bravo’s Top Chef: Las Vegas. Soon he’ll also be known as one of the Top Chef: All Stars, which is set to premier December 1, 2010.
We remember him as a chef who loves mustard. Check out this fun article he wrote where he says, among other things, “…I consider [mustard] to be in the list of top five things to always have on-hand in your pantry.”
