During the holidays, there seems to be an added focus on food more so than at any other time of year. Making sure your Holiday menus balance tradition with trying new things can definitely be challenging, especially at Thanksgiving… I mean, sure, we all have our tried-and-true favorites, but at the same time you don’t want your Turkey Day menu to go stale.
There’s a lot of Thanksgiving-themed shows on Food Network right now, and one of them featured a tasty spin on your turkey gravy. Of course, it was mustard providing the spin!
On the show Dear Food Network: Top Ten Thanksgiving Problems Solved, Chef Alexandra Guarnaschelli offers up her “No Lump Gravy Recipe” featuring a dijon mustard.
Check out this recipe to help you keep your Thanksgiving menu fresh, and if you need a suggestion we have tons of tasty dijon mustards to choose from. One of my favorites is our Laurent Du Clos Tarragon Dijon Mustard.
