Mrs. Mustard and I had heard about Bob’s Bitchin’ BBQ in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, so we drove out there on Saturday night. The forty-five minute wait was worth it. Amazing slow smoked dry rub ribs and the best fried cheese curds we’ve ever had. Bob’s sauces were spot on. We now have our three favorites: Original, BrewBQ (made with the legendary Spotted Cow Ale), and Honey Chipotle, packed in a gift box for the Bob — or any BBQ lover — in your life.
