Triple Walnut Salad

Prepare to impress your guests with a salad that steals the spotlight. This culinary gem is a staple at our dinner parties. If you're a walnut enthusiast, this salad is a must-try, featuring the award-winning Edmond Fallot Walnut Dijon Mustard, crowned Grand Champion of the 2015 World-Wide Mustard Competition. Serves 6.

Dressing Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp International Collection Walnut Oil
  • 1 tbsp Edmond Fallot Walnut Dijon Mustard
  • 4 tbsp Cuisine Perel Late Harvest Riesling Vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Salad Ingredients

  • 6 cups mixed salad greens
  • 3/4 cup toasted walnuts
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 pears, halved, cored, thinly sliced

Directions

Mix dressing in a small jar. Cover, shake, and pour over the salad ingredients. Toss well and serve.

Notes

Dressing can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
