How much does shipping cost?

We use UPS Ground and USPS to ship our products. We calculate shipping charges based on the dollar amount of items going to each separate address. Here are some examples (actual shipping charges may vary):

Up to $34.99................................ $9.95
$35.00 to $49.99........................... $11.95
$50.00 to $74.99........................... $12.95
$75.00 to $94.99............................$13.95
$95.00 and over...........15% of merchandise total

These examples are for standard deliveries to street addresses in the continental United States. For delivery to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and outside the U.S., shipping rates may vary. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally! However, the cost of shipping internationally is significantly higher than shipping within the continental U.S., and prices vary depending on weight and location. If you're interested in international shipping, please give us a call at 800-438-6878.

When will my order ship?

Our shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Most orders are ready to ship out in 1-2 days. This timeframe may be extended around the holidays.

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

Shipping addresses can be changed until the package is picked up by our shipping carriers. Many orders go out the same day, so the sooner the address is changed the better. Give us a call at 800-438-6878 to update your order information. Additional charges may apply.

Can I cancel/modify my order after I've placed it?

Orders can be modified until the package is picked up by our shipping carriers. However, modifying an order may result in a shipping delay to re-pack the package. Many orders go out the same day, so the sooner the order is modified the better. Modifying orders will result in an additional charge if the modification increases the order total.

Is the Mustard Museum accessible to people using mobility devices (wheelchairs, walkers)?

Yes. We have an elevator between the ground-level gift shop and the basement-level museum. There is enough space between exhibits and shelves for most wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters to fit.
