Pommery Moutarde des Pompiers (Firemen's Mustard)

From the venerable moutardier Pommery comes this spicy Fireman's Mustard — Moutarde des Pompiers. The French don't often use hot peppers in their mustards, but when they do — c'est magnifique. Just the right amount of heat. Comes in the traditional Pommery crock. Medal winner at the 2016 and 2017 World-Wide Mustard Competitions.

Ingredients: Water, Mustard Seeds, Vinegar, Hot Pepper Concentrate, Salt, Preservative (Sodium Busulphite), Spices.
