Job description:
The National Mustard Museum in downtown Middleton is looking for energetic, friendly, and detail-oriented people to join our Gourmet Gift Shop team. This is a great job for foodies and individuals who like to have fun at work!
We're open 10 AM to 5 PM, 7 days a week, 361 days a year. Staff is generally scheduled from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, but partial shifts are available. Availability on weekends and holidays is a HUGE PLUS!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure guest satisfaction (contribute to providing a memorable experience)
- Sell Gift Shop merch, mustard, and more
- Accuracy in cash handling (cash register)
- Keep Gift Shop clean, stocked, and merchandised
- Must work well in a team
- Must be able to multi-task with excellent customer service as the #1 priority
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and team player
- Energetic with a positive attitude
- Ability to take initiative and get things done
- MUST LIKE MUSTARD!
- Clean and professional appearance
- Reliable transportation
- Merchandising skills and food service skills are a major plus
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
