Butterfly Bakery Maple Wood Smoked Onion Hot Sauce

As seen on the hit talk show Hot Ones! This hot sauce started as a one-off batch flavor. Then folks wanted another batch. And another. It was around the fourth "one-off batch" that Butterfly Bakery realized that maple wood smoked onions and Vermont grown chili peppers make for some fabulous hot sauce.
