Sweet & Nicely Hot Mustard Chicken

The perfect balance between sweet and spicy. This mouthwatering recipe features the irresistible flavors of the Mustard Museum's top-selling condiment, Slimm & Nunne Sweet & Nicely Hot Mustard. Serves 4.

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Slimm & Nunne Sweet & Nicely Hot Mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon zest, grated
  • 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup minced parsley
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 chicken (fryer), cut into 8 pieces, skin removed

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Blend the lemon zest into the mustard.
  3. Combine bread crumbs, parsley, and olive oil in a small bowl. Generously coat the chicken pieces with mustard and roll in the bread crumb mixture, patting well.
  4. Place chicken pieces on an oiled baking sheet and roast for 40 to 50 minutes.
